AnyFace APP User Privacy Protection Clause

一、 Facial data policy

1. Special reminder for your attention, the facial data collected by AnyFace

We analyze your photo and identify the feature points of the face in the photo (such as eyes, nose, mouth points) for facial processing. We do not collect facial data. After the analysis process is completed, all data will be deleted and no data will be saved. Refusing to provide the above information may prevent you from using the core features, but it does not affect the normal use of other features and services. we

2. Purpose and process of collecting facial data

In order to provide you with "face changing" related effects, we need to identify facial feature points (such as eyes, nose, mouth points).

The complete process is:

(1) You will submit the selected photos to our server via encrypted channels;

(2) The server analyzes the facial data in your photos and applies it to the template you have selected;

(3) After the synthesis is completed, the server will return the final rendering effect to you through the application;

(4) The final result of the synthesis (i.e. your "work") will be temporarily stored in encrypted storage and will be permanently deleted after a certain period of time.

After the synthesis process is completed, we will immediately delete the facial image you submitted to the server.

3. Facial data sharing and storageWe will not share your facial data with any third-party vendors, nor will we store any facial information you submit. After the analysis process is completed, the photos you upload will be deleted.


、 How do we collect and use your personal information

1Collection of information

During your use of the relevant applications or services provided by us, we may collect, use, and save the following information related to you. If you do not provide it, you will not be able to enjoy the following corresponding services provided by us:

1.When you register this application, you need to provide us with your email number, email verification code, and login password you want to set; If you are unable or unwilling to provide the above information, you may not be able to register your account.

2.You can also fill in or supplement your other additional information (including your nickname, avatar, gender, birthday) during the registration, login, or subsequent use process. This will help us provide you with a better service experience. However, if you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of the basic functions of this application.

3.When you log in to this application, you need to provide us with your email number and login password. If you do not provide the above information, we will not be able to provide you with audio playback and other services that require login to use. When you log in to this application for the first time using a new account and click on the "My" interface, we will collect the International Mobile Device Identification Code (IMEI) encrypted by the MD5 algorithm, which is used to count the number of users of our product and analyze its usage status, in order to continuously improve our product.

4.When you reset the password for this application account, you need to provide us with your email number, email verification code, and new password. If you are unable or unwilling to provide the above information, you will not be able to complete the password reset.

5.When you first download this app and enter the app, you need to authorize us to use your wireless/data network for the services in the app. If you are unable or unwilling to provide the above information, it may affect the normal use of some functions of the app.

6. When you use search services, we will collect your search keyword information and log records. In order to provide efficient search services, some of the aforementioned information will be temporarily stored on your local storage device and can display search results and search history to you. At the same time, it can also improve our products and services. If you want to delete your search record, you can clear the record in the "Search box search record".

7. We will collect the international mobile device identification code (IMEI), Android ID, and network device address (MAC) encrypted by the MD5 algorithm, as well as the phone model, the name, version number, package name, software usage time and frequency, software crash logs, and application installation lists to count the number of users of our product, analyze the usage status of the product, investigate the cause of crashes, and reduce crashes, And use internal updates to continuously improve our products. This information does not involve your personal identity or other private information.

8. We will use your operating system, unique device identifier IMEI code, login IP address, and operation logs to prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, security hazards, illegal or violations of agreements, terms, or rules with us, in order to protect your and our legitimate rights and interests.

9. In order to facilitate the use of this application service, you can choose whether to authorize us to collect and use your personal information in the following situations:

1Storage based related functions/services: If you need to modify avatars, save multimedia files such as images to an album, we will use this permission. 

2Based on camera (image library) related functions/services: You can use services such as image uploading.

3 Based on network communication function: After you activate the network communication function of this application, you can access various services provided by the APP server system through our client.

4 Based on telephone (device identification information) related functions/services: used to identify user identities, prevent malicious programs, and ensure safe operation. (Personal commonly used device information: refers to information that describes the basic situation of personal commonly used devices, including hardware serial number, device MAC address, software list, unique device identification code (such as IMEI/android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID, SIM card, IMSI information, etc.)

10. In order to provide service operations, we will embed the information collected by third-party SDKs during your use of the service. The following content is a description of the third-party SDK collection items that we collected from the third party when the agreement came into effect. The content is provided by the third party to which the SDK belongs, and this article is only for paraphrasing. If you choose not to provide the described information, you may not be able to use the corresponding service. Please note that the information collected by third-party SDKs is kept confidential by the third party, and relevant confidentiality policies refer to the third-party privacy policy.

2.
